Hi Clive
I'm getting frequent unpredictable inverter connection failures with direct router connection. It was a bit less frequest but still happening a wifi extender closer to the router.
However, it becomes stable when I put an ethernet cable from the extender into the router and don't use the inverter's wifi. It seems to me that any direct inverter wifi > router or extender is sometimes unreliable.
I will go back to an inverter > ethernet cable to extender > extender wifi > router setup.
How stable is your setup working now?
I previously had a problem with am analogue clamp signal cable being corrupted in the inverter by strong battery cable electromagmtic interference. That was solved by changing to a digital signal connection. Overall, I suspect that the wifi part of sunsynk inverters is not properly shielded from the large fields induced by its internal battery and output cables.
