  1. Bump - anyone got some ideas, or are familiar with BME inverters? 😀
  2. Plenty of times I've currently disconnected the BMS and have the inverter running in "user defined" mode where I'm manually inserting the relevant voltages. Obviously not ideal
  3. Greetings Powerforum Members! I have a Blue Mountain Energy 3 Phase 12kw inverter running off 4 Dyness A48100 batteries, and have developed a rather peculiar problem. About 3 days ago the system did not supply power during load shedding despite the batteries being full and solar available, on investigation the unit was displaying error 16, which is stated as "Battery Under Voltage when Grid is OK" with error 14 "Battery discharges to shutdown point" also showing intermittently. The system was functional without any major issues for just under a year, with the only major change being the addition of Solar in October 2023. I have tried contacting @SEGEN SOLAR technical department to verify the jumper settings for the battery and supply a firmware update but haven't received further feedback apart from try Dip Switch 2 on the master battery and "PYL" under parameter 3, voltages have also been crosschecked at parameters 4, 7, 8 and 9 and correspond to the battery manual I have also tested the BMS cable between the "master" battery and the inverter, it is showing no faults Does anyone have some advice what else can be checked? @SEGEN SOLAR I left my details with your tech team at your warehouse on the 18th of Jan, has anything come of this? @Dyness can you comment on the error lights the master battery is displaying? I have tried resetting the inverter to factory settings, cold starting etc but nothing seems to work Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
