    What is the maximum voltage it showed at 100%? If the cells are scattered and the BMS cannot align them, then it is optimal to disassemble the battery and charge each cell separately to the voltage according to the instructions. Then wait a few hours and measure the voltage on each. If the difference is no more than 0.02, then everything is fine, you can assemble and use it.
