  1. Inverter and Wi-Fi dongle communication problem

    Hi I have a Fivestar inverter (8KVA) and two Fivestar batteries connected in series. The system works well with no issues, the one problem is that there is no communication. I am using the smartess app , the datalogger (wifi dongle I’m assuming) shows that it’s online however the inverter does not show on the datalogger. Hoping to get some assistance.
