Hi all, I have 2x 5kw Deye inverters and 3x Shoto 5.12kwh batteries. The batteries are discharging unevenly, if I let the battery bank discharge down to 50%, the primary battery will be on 25-50%, secondary 50-75, and third battery will be 75-100%...This is going by the LEDs on the batteries.
This is concerning in itself, but the bigger problem is once the primary battery discharges fully and turns off (not sure if BMS is shutting it down at a safe percentage or discharging completely, causing damage) that means that the other 2 batteries must now take the load and can be overloaded depending on the power draw, possibly causing more damage to the batteries.
Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve it? I've spoken to the installer and they are giving me the run around, I don't think they know the answer either. I also unfortunately can't give the exact details on how it's wired, as I didn't wire it, but all 3 batteries seem to have their own feed into the inverters.
Thanks
