Hi Cobus i have a Freedom Lite 48v 10/8 battery connected to a Victron 48/5000/70-50 Multiplus 2 inverter. The system is +- 6 months old. Two days ago while on inverter mode the mcb on the battery tripped when loadshedding started. The grid cb that feeds the inverter also tripped. I reset the battery and inverter and left the system still on inverter mode. The battery was 95% charged and voltage 56,2V. There was also no fault alarm on the Cerbo. +- 20 hrs later I experienced the same fault But this time the low battery indicator light on the inverter started to flash. The start button on the battery also started to flash. Battery Voltage at this stage was also +-56v and 95.5% charged. The fault alarm on the cerbo showed high dc voltage I reset both the battery and the inverter . The system started to operate on inverter mode and after few minutes the mcb on the battery tripped again. The start button on the battery also started to flash. I switched off the system.
