I have added new batteries to an old Pylontech installation and upgraded the Installation to 2 parallel Sunsynk 8 KVA Inverters. I have 3 x US3000C, 3 x US 2000C and 4 x US 2000 B batteries that I would like to wire into 3 clusters to get the most discharge current out of them (The client didn't want to add anymore batteries than this, not my choice). My desired configuration for the maximum discharge capacity is having a US3000C as master of each cluster and then add a US2000C to each cluster and a US 2000 B to each cluster. 1 cluster will have an extra US 2000B. Do I need an LV Hub? When I wired the communications with a US3000C as the master and then wired link port to link port, 3 of the US 2000B's didn't communicate and an addressing fault came up. Perhapse I was I was reading the dip switches on the US 2000B's upside down ( read them according to the switch markings, not he battery markings). I have been told by Segen to wire the communications in Chronological order from newest to oldest, although I spoken to 3 different technicians and each one has given me a different answer. Must the communications between inverter and battery be RS485 or CAN? What must the dip swtich settings be?
