    Hi All I Bought a Svolt 48v 106ah 5.09kwh battery and Luxpower 5kw inverter around a month ago, Its was working fine until today, there was a planed maintenance from 8am to 4pm[eskom]. The dc output suddenly switch off around 11am with a load of 300w. Went to check what's happening and I saw the red alarm light on the svolt battery, noticed the voltage was low 42v while the battery soc value showed 81%. Now the power came back, the battery charged to 100%, but the voltage is still low 49v. So idk what actual wrong with battery or maybe is it the settings. Currently using the brand 2 setting on the Luxpower inverter. I would appreciate any help, thanks.
