If you remove the export limit completely it should resolve the 130w draw you are getting. On the older ES range setting the export limit to zero would cause this, but setting it to a number around 1kW fixes this 130w draw, however on the newer ES range no matter what value you set on the export limit it will still draw have those 130w, you need to completely disable the power export limit (if that's an option for you)
