  1. BYD and Deye inverter

    Just a question, has any one ever come across a situation like mine; I have a 5 kW Deye inverter with 2 BYD LV Flex Lite batteries. The system developed some communication problem and now the system only accepts to work with one battery, when the other battery is added it shuts down the battery system, and when the batteries are interchanged they work as long as only one is connected to the system. We decommissioned the system and took it to our testing lab and connected it and it worked. We have tried replacing the batteries and communication cables but they still behave the same. We are trying to think maybe the problem is on the side of the load but we are not sure how exactly we can figure that out. Anyone with some idea what is happening?
