  1. Inverter drawing from grid when batteries are full

    Have recently installed a 16kw inverter with 16kw panels. All goes well untill batteries are full and will then randomly draw from grid while there is enough sun, and there is no sudden inrush current. For example during peak sun load will be 1.5kw and it will draw 0.5kw from grid while batteries are 100% full, and only 1kw from PV. Settings on battery allow to drop to 50% and inverter is set to load first. ( PV can easily push 8 - 10 kw on load ) Contracter is now blaming my prepaid meter. Any advise?
