Without looking at specs the 2 MPPTs don't have to be the same value or configuration. Just as you don't have to use both. You can have 1 connected and the 2nd one future. That is a clear indication they don't have to be the same.

As long as you dont exceed 500VDC per string to be safe you should be good.
On the 9+4 the 325w will work at 320w only meaning you will loss 45w which is minimal.

Nadeem Ahmed reacted to windwize in How I built a HAWT
I would like to share my experience with building my own HAWT. I would also like to chat to other guys who have built wind turbines - either type - to see if any designs could be improved. Maybe I will just post some pics and should anybody have questions, do feel free to reply.

Nadeem Ahmed got a reaction from ___ in My Grid tied installation
SSRs usually have very small leakage currents (typically few micro-amperes) while they are off.  I am not sure if it can effect any kind of sensing of GTI or any other devices, but it is just an aspect to consider before using them.

    Hi Nadeem,
This was only for the 3kw Infini. I am not familiar with the 5Kw unit, sorry.
