Battery blow up? Please how will this happen because mm thinking of oversizing too

I have the Axpert Mks 3kva and even when charging with utility, it enters float early and remains there. Usually around 88% from my reading of my bmv. As soon as it gets to around 27.4v it enters float. I increased the float voltage to 28.8v for tubular batteries. And still the light stop flashing around same 27.4v although it will steadily increase the voltage to set 28.8v. So that's my work around for as I only get utility for 2 hours at night and charge with external mppt during the day

Thanks will start with 400w for now then upgrade to stated 800w in future hoping to buy 10mm2 pv cable size for connection

Axpert themselves recommends installing a 25a dc circuit breaker between pv panels and inverter which I'll do. Meanwhile any information size of pv cable for a distance of about 20m?

Someone on this forum states that he has successfully connected 750w to the same inverter without issues for long

Thanks for answering but Can't I for example connect 4 200w in 2x2 with total max v at 72 and max total amp at 11.12a

Pls help what's the best pv array config for max 75v and 25A and cable size for distance about 15 to 20m And now other question why will a manufacturer stated max power of mppt in watts and still state max open circuit voltage it can withstand and max charge in amps. For example for above the oem axpert Mks 3kva states máx 600W for 75v and 25a shouldn't it be 75vx 25a=1875 watts?

Ok this is a major problem and I'm thinking of returning the 3kva inverter as it continues being in absorb indefinitely leading to venting and leakage of fluid and when u switch it off and on it suddenly decides that battery is full and enters float. It seems to do this when charging when soc is about 60%. And this happens occasionally

OK bit still wondering why my 3kva inverter will sometimes suddenly enter float when there is a power interruption while it was charging from mains

I am hoping someone takes interest in the firmware of this axpert Mks 3kva and give us the best charging algorithm like they did in 5kva models

Voltage drop to 54v? Typo?

The lowest amp I see is 1a how do you calculate that?
