    Hello, I have a SNRE 3kva inventor. It is bringing error code 3 which means battery not connected. However, it is also showing battery being charged which is confusing. I have tried to engage a technician who suspects that the battery is faulty. I would appreciate a second opinion before I go on changing the battery which is less than 2 weeks old
