Victron Quattro Problems
Many Thanks for your answers. All of your suggestions are things I have checked. I think I'm going to give the, System Defaults Reset a bash.

Quattro. AC1 vs AC2. AC2 tripping shore power.
Good Day. I hope you can help. I have a Victron Quattro 12V 5000 installed on our yacht. As per the manual AC2 should be connected to shore power and AC1 to the generator. I have struggled for months trying to find out why it keeps tripping shore power. I took it in to be tested by a Victron dealer who hooked up the "shore" power to AC1. He seemed puzzled when I said that the manual states that AC2 is shore power. Nonetheless it worked. I returned to the yacht and connected shore power to AC1 and it works perfectly. However it does not deliver power to AC2 out. The same was true for when AC2 in was connected to shore power. Any ideas of what is happening? Out of interest, when it was connected; AC2 to shore power, after shore power tripped, the neutral pin on the plug at the shore power socket was very hot. It would send 230V shore power directly through, but the voltage kept dropping until it tripped shore power at around 209 Volts. The fans would come on indicating that the charger was getting hot?

Victron Quattro Problems
Hi. I wonder if anyone can help with this. I have a 12V 5KVA Quattro newly installed on our yacht. It takes shore power through IN2 and distributes it correctly through OUT2. It charges the batteries. It did at a point when disconnected from shore power provide 230V from the 6 x 205AH battery bank with inverter working. However the inverter now will not come on when disconnected from shore power. It also will not provide 230V to OUT1 (for geyser) when connected to shore power. I have set the input to 10A as per the shore power breaker limit as the 16A default setting in then inverter sometimes overloaded the shore power breaker and tripped it. Even when setting it back to 16A; still no inverter or power to AC OUT 1. Any suggestions on why this may be?
