Hello everyone, I’m using a Deye 20 kW hybrid inverter. This inverter has backup, home load, and smart load outputs. Here’s what I’d like to know: I want to use solar power and the batteries only through the backup output. For my air conditioners, I want them to run on PV + grid power only, without drawing any power from the batteries. When solar generation completely stops, I want them to switch to grid power automatically. How can I configure this setup? Is it possible to achieve this?

Hello everyone, I sent my device for warranty service. The issue was resolved with the service software. I had installed the same software myself, but the problem wasn’t fixed. I guess they use a different software at the service center.

I think there is a hardware issue with my device. The settings I apply are reset to factory defaults every time I turn it off and on. I’ve decided to send the device for warranty service. Thank you very much for your attention.

Hello coulomb, I followed the battery calibration instructions, but all the commands returned a “NAK” error.

Before this issue occurred, I experienced something unusual. While navigating through the inverter monitoring software on my computer, there was a sudden loud sound from the inverter, and it switched from battery mode to grid mode. It was a strong sound. When I checked the device, I noticed that the voltage dropped from 230V to 220V. Subsequently, the serial number changed, and a battery calibration issue arose.

By the way, the status of the batteries is as follows.

Could you share which application to use and which command to execute?

Hello again. I successfully installed the 73.78 version you shared on the devices earlier, and I want to thank you very much for that. I have another device of the same model, but when I try to install the version 57.67 software you shared on this device, it gives an error. I would appreciate it if you could share the appropriate firmware for this device, preferably the 150V modded version
