Had both inverters checked and firmware upgraded, but problem still persists 😩 In short everything has been checked and double checked! Every 30-40 mins it is as if the inverters and battery is not switching quick enough and the power briefly dips… we have lost a fridge & water dispenser 😩 pleaaase help with any advice 🙏🏻

Hi All, wanted to enquire if anybody has had issues with these inverters in parallel? Firstly we have power dips where you can hear the fridge motors bump when losing power and even tv’s distort during these dips? Settings? Comm cables? Had system installed by trusted installer who checked install twice. Secondly, the 4x mecer 4.8kwh wall mounted batteries battle to take us through an evening after fully charged. This is a 4 bedroom idling (5% load) during evenings with a couple of lights, fridge / freezer, and a ceiling fan. Feels like 20kwh should at least last through an evening until sun could recharge from the 10x 545w panels? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
