Actual without BMS, no Errors... The Voltage is pending 25,9V - 26,1V on the Battery with a Multimeter.ViewPower Software : 26V , BatteryView 26,1V. I have no idea what is wrong... Any Idea ? Best Regards UWe

Since day one, the battery has had the problem that it switches off at 25V (14.07.2024). The seller wants me to send it in for warranty processing at my own expense and if it is not a warranty case, I should bear the costs. The battery comes from mainland Spain and I live in the Canary Islands.

But my greatest Problem is the Battery is shut down at 25,0 +- 0,2V (with and without BMS) is this normal ? Best Regards Uwe

Hello Coulomb, unfortunately, that didn't help. BatteryWatch and Viewpower now show the same volt figure (was different before), but when I activate the BMS, the battery gets High Voltage again, Cell High Voltage and then goes back into Protect Mode. Actual i´ve used the User Profile and Set the max.Charge to 28,1V and it works because i need the BMS for the Battery health. Hello Coulomb, here are the Photos. Are those voltages as measured by the inverter, the battery's software, or by a multimeter? With teh Batery Software , Batteryview. It may be that your inverter's battery voltage calibration is way off. That can be corrected with the appropriate series of commands. The Team from Voltronic is working very fine,they send me the latest Firmware for the Inverter and it is installed. The Battery Calibration is done with the Communication Tool. Hello, maybe someone can help me here. I have a Voltronic Axpert King VM3 inverter and a Pylontec UP2500 battery. I have already replaced the BMS cable. When I select “Watchpower” for the Pylon inverter with the software (preconfigured profile), I regularly get “Cell” High Voltage and “Battery” High Voltage with “BatteryView” and the battery occasionally switches to “Protect” mode. Furthermore, the battery switches off at 25 +-0.2 V (not at 23.3V or 24V). I get no support response from Pylontec. The inverter manufacturer has sent me the latest firmware and is of the opinion that it is due to the BMS of the battery. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve the problem? The battery is about 4 months old (bought new) and the inverter is about 1.5 years old (also bought new). The problem has existed since day one. Best Regards Uwe Johannes
