    The hub gives alarm before I connect cerbo. After I cnnect it to master battary.. My cable config between batteries is the same as pic above. If I connect the cerbo, it shows 0 battaries. If I plug cerbo directly to one of clusters, it shows 10 battaries as it should.

    The pins 1,2 and 3 are diconnect and all dip switches are off and when switching on and the master battary beeps 3 times to show they are online. And then I swich dip 2, connect Hub and turn it on... and red alert

    I am currently setting up a system in Estonia with 40 Pylontech US3000C batteries, using an LV-HUB Communication HUB configured into four clusters of 10 batteries each. Each cluster works individually, but when I connect the HUB, the Victron Cerbo GX shows zero batteries, and the HUB displays an alarm signal. I’ve checked all cables, using those from the Pylontech installation package with the blue and silver tags. The system was working earlier today, but after tidying some cables (without changing connections), it stopped functioning. Any ideas on what could be causing this?
