  2. Generator Not charging Batteries

    We have a strange issue with Deye Sun-30k. There is no sun, so the PV is not working, there is no grid, so we have to charge from a generator with a capacity of 18KW. In the battery settings we set Start at 70% (for testing), A is 30 A, Gen Charge is on, Gen Signal is on, in Gen Port Use we set Generator Input Rated Power to 15KW. And when the battery charge drops to 70%, the generator turns on and charges the batteries, but not to 100%, but only to 75% and turns off. Later, when the battery drops to 70% again, the generator turns on and charges the battery to 73% or 77% and so on. What could be wrong?
