Hello people. I have a Axpert VMIII 24v Inverter with 6 500W panels and 3 pylontech batteries. All of a sudden, code 61 appeared and stopped communicating with the batteries, although they were still around 60%. Nothing I did corrected it. So, after a few back and forth emails with support from the suplier, I was told to update it. The cable I have (don't remember what it came with, if Inverter or batteries) needs an adapter to connect it to the computer. Also, apparently there is a need to add a 3K Ohm resistor (could only find 3.3 K Ohm) to the white wire (see pics). I haven't performed the update yet, because I'm still waiting for the 9 pin adapter I ordered. Sure hope this works!...🤔

I've done that. Tried new cables. Even switched batteries around. Had to put it on "user" to charge.

Hello people. I have a Axpert VMIII 24v inverter with 6 solar panels and 3 Pylon batteries now for 2 years and a bit. Last week it stopped communicating with the batteries. Error code 61. Any ideas?
