  1. Sunsynk Data Logger Communication Issue.

    Good day all, I have a small issue, and need some advice... My Sunsynk app is not showing any data. Take the following into consideration: Data logger---Green Light: ON, Red: Blinking SolarAssistant --- Working 100% Data logger Gateway - Dongle paired with Wifi---YES (2nd dongle you see is old one - Not active anymore) Plant --- Not active Lighting damage - Not sure, because I was not home when the issues started. Does SolarAssistant and the Data logger use the same Comms card? If they are, my conclusion is that the Comms card is not damaged (because SolarAssistant is working) The small PC board at the bottom, where the Data logger plugs into might be faulty then, rather than the comms card?
