    Hi guys @TaliaB - The batteries are PYLONTECH Model - US3000C Inverter - Mecer 5.5kw x2 Feedback is that apparently, I need to update the firmware. Can anyone help me with the firmware/ software for these batteries please? @GMAC - Thank you, will disconnect the 2x 2kw batteries immediately. Display on the batteries shows 100% Thank very much!

    Hi, I have 5x3kw batteries and 2x2kw batteries. The problem I have is that the batteries are charged 100% in the evening, but around 4am they run out. This never happened before. The batteries were not bought all at the same time. some are older than the others. I am told that the batteries don't communicate with each other and I need to update the software/firmware. Any suggestion welcome .....
