We have 3 different sites that are using 3 x solis (EH1P5K) and 3 BSL powerline-5(configured as a 3 phase system). We have had issues with these sites from the start. There was communication issues between inverters and batteries. related to firmware on both inverters and batteries. this has now been resolved. The major issue that is not solved yet is the backup voltage on one phase just turns off. We have noticed its typically the L2 phase(in our 3 phase system). This seems to be triggered by a grid supply issue of either over voltage or under voltage(when only on one inverter). The strange thing is that if the grid turns off completely the unit operates as it should. This is a big issue and should the client have 3 phase loads, damage is very lightly without the correct protection. We have moved away from Solis because of these issues.
