  1. Hi colleagues, @rbc , not sure if you manage to fix this issue on your side. Fyi I had the same problem with the relay in the inverter making a switching noise and then the LCD display shows Off grid despite the grid hasn't gone Off. I found out the issue for me was that the voltage of the whole system was going up a bit (actually 253 volts) when i was generating a lot of Solar energy and my batteries were full. I had the Over Voltage in the Inverter grid parameters set by default at 253 volts, and so when i was going up to 253 v for some times (>10 minutes), the relay would go off, and back on after 60 seconds (because i had the “Grid Reconnection time” set to 60 seconds), or longer if the voltage was still greater than 253 volts. I changed the voltage limit from 253 v to 260 v and my problem disappeared. I hope it helps. With that, i have another problem you guys may have also experimented. this one i couldn't yet fix it, so any help woudl be appreciated. If the Grid goes OFF, and the “Grid Reconnection time” is set to xx seconds, I can hear the Grid relay switching ON and OFF very quickly (it takes about ½ seconds for switching On and back OFF), every xx seconds. As a consequence, when the relay resets (goes ON & OFF), it perturbates the Microinverters connected to the Gen port (which basically stops/restarts the roof solar panels and microinverters production), and it also reset for ½ seconds the ATS signal (when the “Signal Island Mode” option is checked) from 220V to 0V and back to 220V, faulting the Neutral bond to Hearth I have setup for ½ seconds every xx seconds. Deye told me it could be a problem with the Grid relay, but I doubt this to be a hardware issue. To me it is most likely a software issue. The reason is that the behaviors is aligned with the “Grid Reconnection time” parameter. If the Grid is OFF, and the “Grid Reconnection time” is set to 60 seconds, the relay will switch ON and OFF very quickly after 60 seconds. But if I set the “Grid Reconnection time” to 20 seconds, then the relay will switch ON and OFF after 20 seconds. I would imagine the ON/OFF switching would be more random if it was a hardware issue. Any idea? Has anybody experimented the same ? regards. Stef
