  1. Hi guys, newby Eddie this side....not sure how this is going to work out but i am taking a chance. Got a system installed ,neighbour used a installer and all looked good and i went for it too. 8kwh axpert48 v Rct inverter November 2022 with 2 Shoto 512kwh lithium 100 a batteries A few problems after that iand i went on a solar course and here i am ,wanting to sort out the problems. the installer did not connect the batteries like the above picture or per manual instructions, from inverter pos to batterie 1pos and inv neg to batterie 1 neg , and then from batterie 1 on the extra + and - ports to batterie 2. Dip switches on 1 and 2 respectively. Just one network cable connected from batterie 1 to batterie 2 Is this the right way to do it or should i change to what the manual says? I get the lengths of the cables etc. A while ago when we did not have many days of sunshine because of rain here in Gauteng my batterie nr 1 died and i cannot even reset it , but nr 2 batterie still working but not nice having just the one batterie .....how do i sort that one out pls? Thank you for your time,i hope somebody can steer me in the right direction
