I found one website https://www.dessmonitor.com which Ignotus highlighted. As far i understood, DessMonitor manufactures data loggers, and this is the company, who has provided WatchPower app. Their data loggers which are installed in your Solar Inverters, are connected to their server in China. DessMonitor manages all registered accounts, each data logger can be registered with one account only. If your data logger is registered with any one else, either that person removes data logger from his/her account, or may be DessMonitor can remove data logger PN against registered account. Then only you can register data logger with your account. I found a way if you have forgot your username or you want to know registered username against any data logger PN mentioned on your Solar Inverter. These are the steps you need to take, 1. Go to login area https://www.dessmonitor.com/#/entry 2. Click on Forgot Account? 3. Enter your solar inverter PN in the box 4. It'll show you account username. [Format: us***me] This is not 100% showed, due to security reasons. but at least you can find out which might be the username can be. The bonus tip is, you can reset your WatchPower password here as well. Then you can login with new credentials on WatchPower app, even you can manage your Solar Inverter from DessMonitor website.
