Hello everyone, I’m French and using an automatic translator, so I apologize in advance if my English isn't perfect. I currently have 12 solar panels with APS YC600 and DS3L microinverters. I'm planning to build a 24V 8kWh LiFePO4 battery. I'm looking for an inverter that can both charge the battery and send power from the battery back to my house. I'm still connected to the grid through an electricity provider. I know there are well-known inverter brands, but their prices are too high. To make the battery project worthwhile, the total cost needs to stay reasonable. Do you think someone who is good at DIY but not a professional electrician could install a Vevor 3500W inverter? In terms of build quality, should I expect it to have a short lifespan? I don't plan to push it hard — the battery will only be used to supply up to 1kW maximum. I'll probably connect two solar panels to it as well. Here in France, it comes with a 2-year warranty. Would it be a good idea to get the version with built-in WiFi? Also, if you have any suggestions for more reliable inverters, I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot for reading my message to the end!
