The guy who created solar assistant is my friend. Maybe that is the only route left for me. However, I would like to have the product I have purchased work.

That graph is from Midnight to 9 AM. Here is the past couple of days reports. What I just can't get my head around is how can it sometimes work and others not. If it was consistent I could find the issue and fix it. But it's so intermittent.

Hi everyone, apologies if this has been a thread before. I searched but couldn't find anything. I have a 5kw Sunsynk inverter with the dongle. to report data to the app. but for pretty much the last year it won't report data 24/7 I might get data for one 5 minute interval and other times I might get data for 6 hours continuously. I have googled and searched as far as I can but can't find any similar issues to mine with fixes to resolve it. I also don't think my network is at all unique. What I have at the moment is: An Asus router with a 2.4GHZ network and a 5Ghz network, The names of the networks are very unique so no chance of it being confused by network names. 3 wi-fi mesh units scattered through my house My router is a meter away from my dongle. both in the garage of my home What I have done to troubleshoot is the following: Bound the dongle to the router so that it won't randomly try to connect to one of the other mesh points perhaps. Rebuilt my entire network Connected the dongle to my guest network Switched off my 5ghz network Went and checked various settings with terminal scripts against the dongle which I could find online and all is good and working Had my solar installers out with a new dongle (we couldn't test it that day since it was the day sunsynk had an outage) But I don't think it is the dongle since it won't work at all rather than sporadically Attached is an image of my reporting today to show the issue. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated!
