I have since yet checked the CT direction, it has been installed correctly. However, I have also contacted an electrician to assist with the flow of electricity when the breaker is on, the usage seems to almost be higher when switched on and idle than when switched on and charging from the grid which is extremely odd

Something worth mentioning that I did pick up but unsure whether it applies, my inverter is currently set as "Slave" although I only have a single inverter. When switching it over to "Master" all the power goes out.

In response to the above two replies, I am currently not exporting to the grid at all. All options regarding sell to grid is unchecked. In reference to @WannabeSolarSparky, does that apply even if the Zero Export to CT option is selected?

Hi everyone As mentioned above I have a system running on a Deye 5kW and 2x Volta Series S 5kW batteries I have set-up many of the settings myself after having sub-par installers do the job. A little over a year ago, I had an electrician add my geyser to the non-essential loads (running on AC i believe?) of the inverter. I have also set the grid charging to 30% throughout the early morning hours. However, for the longest time now whenever the Inverter supply switch is flipped on on my main DB, the grid usage goes through the roof. I can see how the units run down, but the Inverter data display shows that there is no grid usage i.e. charging occuring. Does anyone have a possible answer or options I can try? If there are any questions or clarity needed, let me know! Thanks in advance
