  1. Hi Everyone I have a SunMagic inverter, three solar panels and a lithium battery connected in my house. The issue I have is when there is loadshedding or power outages during the day everything stays connected no issues but when the sun sets then my lights or power will stay on for about 2 to 3 hours before the system shutdown or turns off. When I check my lithium battery it shows it's at 90% and this will stay so till electricity is restored or till the next day then gets charged by solar back to 100%. Now my issue is why is the inverter turns off while the battery still shows it's enough? The second issue is on the next day when there is sunlight, my solars doesn't seem to be feeding the inverter as it remains off and no power at all to the house. This remains like this till there is power on the grid even if power gets back for a minute or two before it goes again, the inverter will stay switched on but as long as there is no power on the grid yet, my inverter will still stay off even though the battery is still up even up to 100% it doesn't seem like the inverter can recognise the power from the battery. Your assistance will assist as currently our substation has burnout and restoration is still yet unknown.
