    Just realised our installer will not come out to help even though we have offered to pay him. Our Sunsynk inverter is showing NO BATTERY across the screen just like the photos above. It says error 56 and we arrived to all the electricty off.We are offgrid so no grid backup.Did anyone with this problem solve it?
