Good day
Got an axpert mks 3kw 24v inverter from a friend (who has had it in his storeroom for the last 5 years, new...still in box) and would need some help in connecting it to 4 x Northstar NSB170FT 12V batteries .. 2nd hand but in excellent condition.
What’s the best way to connect the batteries in a 24 volt configuration and what size disconnector switch would be best.
I don't want to connect it into the house DB, I will be mounting the inverter on the wall with the output power running into a separate surface mounted DB with 4 circuit breakers and 4 3pin plug outlets.
The inverter will be powered by one of the house plugs, but I’m not sure where to pick up the earth connection for the inverter.
Also no solar panels at this stage and will be running the inverter in UPS mode.
All feedback would be appreciated.
