    SUNSYNC WARRANTY IN KZN - WORTH NOTHING When the original installer is not used, the SunSync warranty is an absolute nightmare. After identifying a faulty battery by an accredited installer, a week later I am still waiting for some action. The accredited installer shared with me that a warranty claim can take a few weeks if not months. He has had experience of this, I was extremely disappointed as I thought SynSync was a good make and would look after me. My SunSync 8 Kw Inverter and 2 x 5KwH batteries were installed a year ago, there should be a 10 year warranty according to the registered document from SynSync when the equipment was registered reflects 5 years. In my opinion the warranty seems not to be worth more than the paper it is written on. 23/10/2025 STILL WAITING
