Hi, I have an Axpert 5 KVA inverter and I just want to know at what temperature does the cooling fan starts to run. Is it controlled by temperature sensor or by the amount of current being sense. I just want to make sure the unit is working properly. Because before there was a problem on the unit, once you switch on the inverter the cooling fan will work for a few seconds then stop immediately and the error code 02 will appear on the display meaning over temperature. Sent it the workshop after a few days sent back to me telling me the unit is repaired and working fine. So just to make sure I tested the unit connected a load 65 watts electric fan and run for 1 hour. Unit was working and no alarm but i notice the cooling fan is not running. I estimated the unit temperature at about 40 Celsius. Not so hot. Is that normal? Can anybody tell me if that is just normal. Thanks, Jose Lai Jr.

Hello, I'm June from the Philippines. Can anybody help me with my problem. I have a 3 unit Axpert inverter rated 5 KVA connected in parallel. Before i have 2 units connected in parallel but my client decided to add another one so now there is a total of 3 units. Unfortunately the third one is using a different firmware. It is using a firmware version 74 30, the other existing 2 units version 73 00. So when i started the new unit, it started giving alarm. The manufacturer Voltronics sent me a new firmware, frimware 72 61. The manufacturer instructed me to update all the 3 units with this new firmware but after updating the ac output of the 3 units are not synchronized. And program setting no. 28 has got only one seelction only Sin or single . But before updating program setting no. 28 has got 2 selections Sig (single) and Par (parallel) . Also I notice after updating the HS display (Master)is gone from inverter no.1 whish is existing and LS display (Slave) gone also. Now i tried using your 73 00E firmware because I was searching for a solution in the net. But when i tried updating the program setting no. 28 is still having one selection Sig and no Par. And still all the 3 units ac output are not synchronized. Can anybody help me to have a solution on this. Thanks.
