  1. Hi all, I'm an apprentice electrician for a switchboard manufacturer. I used to work for Clean Energy during my school holidays, along with other similar jobs. I'm installing an 8.0kW Sunsynk inverter, and I have one or two persistent problems that are bothering me... 1. The battery seems not to reach 100% SOC; the max I've seen so far is 99%. Is this a common thing, or am I missing a setting? I set up two Sunsynk 5.32kWh battery, one using CAN and the slave using RS485. 2. The CT seems unable to read. I have extended the cable by over 10 m, and I used a 1mm twin-twisted, flex-shielded pair, but I didn't get the result I wanted. So I bought CAT6A cable from my workplace, and when I installed it, I got a negative value(-22W), so I switched the wires because I knew I had the CT in the right position, and I got 0w... I had a 4 kW load, and I got nothing on that CT. So I changed the CT ratio on the inverter; no result. Any advice or troubleshooting tips? A DISCLAIMER: - I'm getting help through my workplace. I have a master electrician monitoring my work and a Verified Victron installer monitoring my work, with a few other individuals from my workplace.
