Mind my ignorance, should the Isc or the Imp be less that 18Amp? It is amazing how a software change can increase the limits, I would have thought some of the components needed to be changed.

Space is an issue so the lower number of panels the better. It does have a max current of 18A, is that the Isc or Imp that should not be over 18Amps?

Anyone install the 8kW inverter with the 595W Canadian solar panels? Is the panel within specification for the inverter? Can the invert handle the current? Panel Spec Voc - 41.1 V Isc - 18.42 A Imp - 17.15 A We have two 8kW inverters and would like to put 16 of the panels to start off with.
