Ok just so we are clear here 100amp does not mean 24v you can have a 48v battery with 100amps. However that would make it a shitty battery I'm running 4x 1280w 100amp batteries in series to create 2x packs of 24v 100amps each..then connecting those 2 packs in parallel, to create a 24v 200 amp battery. Completely off grid with solar and as main input and generator to top up if necessary.. I'm running a lux power 3,6 inverter with it .. now my batteries are not on a BMS so I put my full charge @28v to stop charging and low at 24,5v to sound the alarm that my batt is almost empty, reason being I have 2x LTL batteries and 2x cheapig batt 12v 100amp + 12v 100amp = 24v 100 amp and cheapig + cheapig 24v my max charging is at (20 amps cause I don't have bms) on all inputs solar and gen and if so had mains ci (constant input) it would use the same. Now I also set my float load to 27v ... And this means I only use 0,5kw (500w) from the generator that is a 2.2kw Genny so as not to strain the Genny, or put too much into my inverter..I have 2x 550w solar panels on the roof, and that takes about 2 to 3hrs to charge from 25v to full charge..but if your batteries are not the same like mine connect the same ones together but the if you have big diff like yours with 100amp and 200amp I would set up 2 seperate systems each with its own mppt charger that feeds each cell pack.. running them seperate but parallel to each other means you can use the light weight battery 100amp for lights and wi-fi etc, and use your bigger pack for wall plugs and other higher voltage or amperage requirements.. hope this helps elps
