    Beware!!! Very dissapointed in Microcare I got a 5 kw microcare system with 2 blue nova 5kwh batteries After about 4 years one battery started giving an issue,after complaining about a year the installer collected the battery and tried fixing it himself,after no success and another struggle he collected it again and sent it to blue nova they investigated and found that the battery cells are swollen due to dept of discharge was incorrect or overcharging. Microcare simply said they cant do anything even though the report indicate that the problem was on their side… Cost me a hell of alot of money now Im sitting with I system I dont want anymore as I dont have any trust in the system… very bad experience
