I also bought my USB to RJ45 cable from them, which worked as it should. Initial issues with my Win 11 Com ports, but once sorted, everything worked. What model batteries are you trying to read, as the older U2000/U3000 models used an RJ11 connection.

Hi Morne, What model Pylontech's are these, with the water and under voltage cell issues? Reason I ask is I have a few U2000 and U3000 cases with working bms's, and the cable/software to scan Pylontechs. Bought due to my own battery issues a few months ago. Fortunately, my other four swollen U2000s and two U3000 batteries were warrenty replaced by Pylontech after 5 years in service. All were replaced with U3000Cs. I'm not too far from you, just next to Swartkops air force base.
