Thanks for your help @Coulomb do you by any chance have the pin out for the cables. I didn’t get one with the second inverter so I had one made but maybe they didn’t make it correctly. I have looked all over for these cable but don’t seem to find them.

Hi all I managed to get the firmware loaded by dropping the bit rate on the com port to 4800 and it transferred the firmware successfully. Thanks for the help. PS i have added a second unit i got second hand but when i try parallel them i get error 80 and 82 any input on this? or should i start another topic for this?

Hi guys yesterday I took on the task of upgrading my mks 5kva inverters. The first one went well and managed to upgrade it to 73.00 but the second one erased the old firmware and will not write the new firmware. I have got it to write about 4-11 blocked the I get a write fail. Can anyone please help. This is a parallel system and I now have one unusable inverter.
