Hi FrankM, Thanks for your message. The ICM version is 1.18. The version of ICM that I have had an option for Battery type of user and Pylon - I tried both - same result unfortunately.

ICM Software setup
Hi all, So a further update on this. I shut down the entire system and restarted it, and now I am getting some battery values, although they seem incorrect. It it showing SOC at 75%, although I know the batteries (from the lights) are at about 20%. There is also no battery voltage information, or battery watt information coming through. So it would seem to be as though the hardware is working and hopefully it is a software setting that I can change.

ICM Software setup
Hello all, Really hoping I can get some help. I am living overseas but my mom has a solar setup with a 5kW Axpert Inverter and 2x Pylontech US3000 batteries. We used ICC Software's ICC on a Pi to manage and control it and that failed and I managed to pull out an older Pi with Centurion Solar's really old ICC software and then bought a new Pi with ICM on it. I couldn't get it working properly when I visited SA at the end of last year and then found out that Manie had unfortunately passed away. The old Pi has now also died so I need to get the new ICM working. The connections at the moment are; there is a USB cable from the Inverter to the Pi, and there is the Pylontech cable from the Console plug on the Pylontech's to the USB port on the Pi. ICM is picking up the information on the inverter, and the thread says that the Pylontech thread is running but I am not seeing any values for any of the batteries. I was lucky enough to get all the settings off the old Pi and I have mirrored those on the new Pi, but there are some new parameters in ICM that I have tried a number of variations on, but I still can't get the batteries and settings to work the way they should. Is there anyone on this forum who would be able to assist is checking the software setup, or pointing me in the right direction. Thanks Graham

Narada Battery setup
Hello, This is a first time post so I hope you will bear with me. I had a system installer install a system a few months ago but the installer seems to have lost interest in helping me resolve a problem with the batteries not performing the way that I believed they should. I base my opinion on the results I get from the Centurion Solar raspberry pi which gives me the following charge information: I don't understand most of what people are writing so I hope I can give the right information. I have a 5kW Mecer Inverter (I believe that this is an Axpert inverter) with 8 batteries, 2 x 48v banks. The batteries I have are: Currently the settings on Inverter are: Program 1: SBU Program 2: 40A Program 5: USE Program 11: 40A Program 12: 47v Program 13: 54v Program 16: CSO Program 26: 54v Program 27: 54v Program 28: 45.6v Program 32: 180 Program 33: EEN Program 34: 56.4v The problem that I am experiencing is that at night there is a maximum of between 500w and 1 kw being drawn at any given time and the batteries only seem to last for about 6 hours. They also seem to show this massive jump in state of charge of about 40% immediately when it is either discharging or recharging. Maybe that is how the Raspberry Pi is measuring it but I don't know if this is something I should be worried about. The batteries also never seem to achieve 100% SoC, which I thought they needed to. My setup seems to be creating a situation where I seem to be charging the batteries more from utility power than from solar, which really doesn't make sense. Please could someone tell me either that everything is okay, or else I am in the process of damaging my investment, or what other information I need to provide in order to help.
