hello thera can anybody plz tell me that i have a 5 kva inverter installed with with total 8 batteries and 16 solar panel of 320 watt rating, my inverter is working fine but i have notice something that when i set my inverter source priority to SBU and there is enough solar energy but my inverter is sharing the load with the utility its happend second time, at first time it correct himself and cutoff the utility i dont know how but now its stuck and utility is providing power with the sharing of the solar. and one thing more when i set my inverter to the SBU setting i hear the relay sound of "tick" but when my inverter is stuck in the condition mentioned above i dont hear any sound whenever i changed the setiing to SBU? can anybody helps me whats the problem
