Hi can any one point me in the right direction. I have 2 Acpert inverters master and slave .And 4 pylontech 3000 batteries my issue is the pylontechs are showing ( full row of green LEDs ) fully charged and the inverters are saying not fully charged and every morning l get a error 4 low voltage.when batteries are still showing nearly fully charged. I cant seem to get to the bottom of it Thanks in advance Steve

Hi l have 4 pylontech US 300c lithium’s and 2 AXpert 5KVA charger inverters and am getting confusing information regarding the dip switches and the way to properly connect the RG 45 cable that link the batteries to each other and then to the master inverter Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as it is driving me mad thanks in advance steve

Hi I have an AXpert 5000 and was wondering if it is possible to get a repeater panel for it as l would like to have a basic view of what it is doing without having to walk out to the shed many thanks Steve

Hi can anyone please help l have an AXpert 5000 and it doesn’t seem to charge from the grid when the batteries are flat also there are 2 inverters in a pair and one has ( S L ) in the middle of the screen at the top and the other has (H S ) or ( H 5 ) many thanks Steve
