    Hi all, this is my first time posting and I am really hoping you can assist me. We have a 10.65KW system with 36 panels and 3 super caps. The 1 Mercer Inverter is showing an [80] error and the installing company, New Earth Energy, is refusing to assist. These inverters are 1 year old and we were told to go back to the manufacturer for help, but I have tried searching for local support and I came up empty handed. Short of sending these back to China...Im not sure what else to do. Please can you advise me. Thank you.
