This is the display I think you are asking me about. Is there a way to reset or to set back all settings to default status to start settings all over. Is it possible software can be faulty. I am sorry if my questions do not make sense. I thought I might be able to do this installation in lock down time but I think I am also now in a lock down.

Setting 16 was on SNU, I also tried CSO and CUt with no luck. There is still no indication that the solar panels connect to Inverter. I think I must get the original manual because unit has got a setting 28, which has to do with the type of output to select. It is nowhere else available in my search for a manual. Not sure where else to look for it.

Hi I have a Proline Energy 5kva Inverter (Model:POEIP5K48 which was installed for me over a year ago as a back up. I also recently replaced the batteries with 4 x 200 Ah Solarwize Solar Gel AGM batteries. I installed 3 strings with 2 x 305W JA solar panels. I get 77.0 Vdc at inverter. My problem is I do not get a PV reading on inverter display. I played around with settings but not sure what I can do to get solar panels to work. I have no original manual or cd as everything was kept by installer who is now no where to be found. Is there a fix for my problem.
