  1. Pylontech 3000 reading 23.6v

    Hi, I am trying to install a pylontech 3000 with a 5kva inverter. The inverter doesn’t power on and when I check the voltage on the battery with a normal voltmeter it reads 23.6v. The battery is meant to be 48v. When the battery is connected to the inverter the voltage drops down to 2v. Any help will greatly appreciated. Thanks
