  1. superdiy Thanks for the detailed answer. I will make sure to get the PLUS model. I do not want to run off-grid at the moment. I will get to that over time. All I want for now is to run off the PV panels during the day, and run off Eskom at night. By having the batteries as well, I can then run off those when load shedding hits me in the evenings. The eight x 110Ah batteries should be enough for now. If not, then I will just add another four. Even if I can just run part of the day off solar, that is also fine with me. I just need a solution to the load shedding problem. I have a silent diesel generator I am using at the moment, but I absolutely hate the thing.
  2. Thanks everyone. Seems like I can get one. Just one question though. The smaller units only take 600 watts of panels. The load from my servers is 800w constant. Would it be better then for me to go for the 5kva unit that can take 3000watts of PV panels?

  5. Hello everyone. I have been looking all over the web for someone with stock of the Axpert inverter. Do anyone perhaps know where I can get one? Even second hand is fine. I am looking for the 3K model. I have a couple of servers that I need to run. I already have 8 x 110ah batteries to connect it to.
