  1. Yup, installer is also trying on their side. We play the waiting game for now😐
  2. @PieterO, yup followed the manual, videos and every apk that they had, but it never connects
  3. My problem is I can't get the batteries to connect to any of their Apps. I've been added to a WhatsApp group but the communication in that group sucks, very little feedback and absolutely no real drive to find a resolution 😭
  4. @Franna99, unfortunately, still waiting on my Installer to try and sort this out 😔 @Murlin, @nam-hunt is correct, with PV it always charges to 100%, it never stops charging as long as there is enough power to charge the batteries
  5. Nah, I thought this would've helped but it looks like it didn't. Still goes back and forth after being charged full. The CFE support guys said the Deye Inverter Firmware needs to be updated and this might solve the problem. So waiting for the update and will see if that solves the problem. Will keep you guys updated
  6. In conversation with CFE Support, let's see what happens
  7. The CFE support guys said the inverter needs a firmware update. Lets see if that solves the issue 😃
  8. I for the life of me just cannot get the battery connected to the app. My Installer is trying to get assistance from CFE but we are getting nowhere to be honest 😞
  9. I updated the voltages but still having that issue where the battery drops from 100% to 94% and then starts charging again. From the sounds of it, it's the BMS and it's not anything that we can configure on the inverter. With regards to the battery going to fault mode when reaching 100%, I had the same issue when I first got the batteries. I solved it by discharging the battery to very close to 10% and then recharging it back to 100%. Ever since then I've never experienced that again
  10. Yup, my installer can't get that working. I think we all just gave up to be honest 😁
  11. Interesting, I would like to know how will they update the firmware.🤔

It's very possible they done this to spread the load in the cables. If the load is too much for the thin cables, it can lead to overheating and burning cables. As long as the length of the output cables are the same, it should in theory be fine, from what I remember reading up on
  13. I've set my inverter with the following voltages: Float: 53.6 V Absorption: 53.8 V Equalization charge: 53.8 V This seems to have stabilised that erratic discharge and charge process. Thanks @Rosh for the suggestions. Really appreciate it
  14. Let me try these voltage numbers. Thanks
  15. Hi @Paul.Ve, spot on what I'm experiencing. I've read some other forum that stated the BMS is what guides the inverter on what and how to handle the battery. So not really sure if there is a solution to be honest.
