10kw Mecer infinisolar
Hi When I reset and restart it around that time, It happened for a time at between 6-7am when I restarted the system, seems to happen in 24hr cycles. The current time it happens is also as the batteries are reaching full charge, why do you ask? Greg

10kw Mecer infinisolar
Evening I have 3 Mecer 10kw inverters installed in parallel connected to pylontech batteries, the system trips everyday at 12-1pm and gives a error code 72. When resetting them the Master often jumps from Off grid to Back up mode and the to slaves stay in Off grid, the inverters are connected to the grid for back up to charge if needed. Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks.

Kodak’s in 3phase
I’ve had very heated debates with the suppliers and they tell me that I’m unable to use the ICC with the OG-Plus and that why the MKII has been suggested, the OG also doesn’t have the APL 03 setting could this also help with my issue. I get the impression that the suppliers tech department hasn’t got the answers to my questions and are trying to bully me into something that works for them but not for me, hence join the forum and asking the questions.

Kodak’s in 3phase
Morning I have 4 Kodak OG-plus inverters in a 211 3phase configuration, 211 meaning 2 inverters in parallel for PH1 also my master, remaining 2 are PH2&3, need this configuration for certain operations in the morning and afternoon, there is a 3phase generator to back up the system as we are trying to escape Eskom and there line fees. Problem is that the Pylontech’s BMS cable is dictating the masters charge current and won’t allow me to adjust it so I can balance the phases, this causes the generator to start and send power to the system however the inverters don’t latch because the master is causing and unbalance in the phases. With a lot of arguing with the suppliers, they have suggested the MKII as they apparently have a wider input range and can be connected to an ICC, the however insist that I must use only 3inverters, This would mean I don’t have enough power to perform some morning and afternoon tasks. Will the ICC and MKIl combination work and allow me to balance the system in a 211 configuration? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! Greg
